Mr. Lukach graduated from Kutztown University where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honors Fraternity. He then graduated from Widener University School of Law where he was a member of the Mid-Atlantic Environmental Law Clinic and a student member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). During this time, Mr. Lukach was also a law clerk for the Honorable Mark. I. Bernstein of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Lukach practices criminal law in Haddon Heights, New Jersey, focusing primarily on DWI Defense cases.
